Zane Williams is a 10-year-old karting driver from Bristol, competing in national championships across the UK including DRS, Club 100, Hereford Championships, and the Daytona Milton Keynes Winter Series. In just 8 months of racing, Zane has already shown natural race craft and determination that’s caught the attention of top names in motorsport — even earning a personal “well done” from Daniel Ricciardo.
10-year-old British karting driver competing in national championships including DRS, Club100, and Daytona. Supported by JS Racing Tuition and chasing his motorsport dream.
Zane’s journey began at Absolutely Karting in Fishponds, Bristol, where he trained for just five days before entering his first assessment race. Despite being one of the youngest in his class, Zane finished third, impressing his coaches with mature race craft and composure against older drivers.

Motorsport runs deep for Zane. Ever since he first saw Formula 1 on TV, he’s been fascinated by the science, engineering, and precision behind racing.
He attended the British Grand Prix at Silverstone and frequently visits the Haynes Motor Museum in Yeovil to study classic and F1 cars — and to squeeze in a few laps on their kart track!
Karting is one of the most competitive and costly junior sports, with race days costing upwards of £360 per event, excluding travel, accommodation, and testing. Zane’s total projected cost for the next 12 months is £11,500, with £8,000 already covered by his parents.
To bridge the shortfall and continue competing competitively, Zane is seeking sponsorship from businesses that believe in supporting youth development and UK motorsport.
Zane’s upcoming season includes:
Club 100 Series: March–October 2026 (8 races)
Daytona MK Winter Series: September 2025–March 2026 (8 races)
Herefordshire Winter Series: September 2025–March 2026 (8 races)
JS Racing Tuition: Every two weeks
Friday Test Days: Weekly, when no race is scheduled
All series are structured to run on alternate weekends, allowing steady progress and seat time throughout the year.
